Shipping and Handling
To ensure you receive fresh and fabulous brownies, we only ship within the continental U.S. We can only ship to physical addresses, no P.O. Box addresses.

Your brownies are shipped via DHL and we strongly reccommend using the 2-Day service. Ground service is available, but only reccommend for orders shipped within the State of Texas and then only during the cooler months.

We bake your brownies to order so please allow for baking time. Orders must be recieved before 12 noon or your order will be deleayd until tommorws baking time. We ship Mon. through Wed. for Tues. through Fri. delivery. Please make sure you have accurately entered shipping addresses and billing information. We are not responsible for delays caused by errors in information you have provided us.

Storage and Handling
Store your brownies in an airtight container or freezer bag to prolong freshness. Your brownies will keep 2-3 weeks if refrigerated and up to 3 months if frozen. If brownies are chilled, bring to room temperature for optimal flavor. UPON ARRIVAL, REFRIGERATE YOUR BROWNIES AT LEAST ONE HOUR BEFORE OPENING.

Serving Suggestions
Heat your brownie for a few seconds in the microwave and top with your favorite ice cream. Serve your brownie with a complimentary after dinner liqueur. Serve sliced fresh fruit along side for a refreshing twist. The sky is the limit!

We carefully pack each order with insulating packing material and ship our brownies in our signature red gift box.

December Ordering
Orders must be placed no later than 10:00AM CST on December 10 to ensure delivery on or before December 24. Orders are processed in the order they are received so please place your order early to ensure holiday delivery.
